Our Story
LEI Packaging was born out of a vision to build something lasting, meaningful, rooted in Christ and designed to bless others. In 2014 Paul and Katie Johnson saw an opportunity in a growing industry, a need for high quality sustainable packaging and the potential to turn discarded materials into something of real value. But beyond the product, we saw a deeper purpose: to create a company that would provide meaningful jobs, foster a positive and uplifting work culture and to give back to the community we’re proud to be a part of.

From the very beginning: LEI Packaging has been move than just molded fiber. It is a place where business meets mission. Rooted in faith and driven by a desire to glorify God, we aim to share the love of Christ through how we work, lead and serve.

For over a decade, our core values have served as a foundation to guide our decision making, shaped our culture, and reflected our purpose.

Glorifying God means to reflect, display and delight in Him. We glorify God by conducting our business in a way consistent with biblical principles and treating other how they want to be treated – with honesty, integrity, humility, grace and love.
2. To Serve our People
We believe our employees are more than workers, they are family. This means cultivating a family-orientated work environment and company culture that puts the needs or our employees first. Our people are the most valuable asset, and we believe that when we care for them, everything else falls into place.
3. To Support Our Community
Supporting our community is about more than what we make, its about how we care. Whether that is through giving back to our local community or supporting global organizations through donations, gifts and service hours. We believe everything we have, our resources, skills, and opportunities have been entrusted by God. Our purpose goes beyond just products, it’s about honoring Him through how we steward our resources.
